Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our Freight Forwarding/Logistics team. The Sales Executive will focus on selling customer freight solutions and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction while meeting revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate sales calls to prospective or current clients.
- Prospect for leads and perform heavy cold-calling to build a pipeline of businesses.
- Supervise accounts daily to retain existing relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
- Negotiate prices and services with customers and carriers.
- Set and achieve sales goals to drive growth.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients through calls and one-on-one interactions.
- Provide quotes and negotiate directly with customers to close deals.
- Manage customer accounts and maximize profitability.
- Research and identify potential clients not currently engaged with the organization.
- Supervise shipments to ensure smooth operations until delivery is complete.
- Maintain and update customer profiles and follow up on leads.
Accountabilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Develop new revenue streams from existing accounts.
- Provide excellent customer service to retain and grow client relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics.
- Strong understanding of air, land, and sea freight logistics in the UAE.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Fluency in English is essential.
