Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our Freight Forwarding/Logistics team. The Sales Executive will focus on selling customer freight solutions and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction while meeting revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate sales calls to prospective or current clients.
  • Prospect for leads and perform heavy cold-calling to build a pipeline of businesses.
  • Supervise accounts daily to retain existing relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate prices and services with customers and carriers.
  • Set and achieve sales goals to drive growth.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients through calls and one-on-one interactions.
  • Provide quotes and negotiate directly with customers to close deals.
  • Manage customer accounts and maximize profitability.
  • Research and identify potential clients not currently engaged with the organization.
  • Supervise shipments to ensure smooth operations until delivery is complete.
  • Maintain and update customer profiles and follow up on leads.

Accountabilities:

  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Develop new revenue streams from existing accounts.
  • Provide excellent customer service to retain and grow client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics.
  • Strong understanding of air, land, and sea freight logistics in the UAE.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
